DROM Fitness provides concierge personal training based on each client’s current abilities, goals, and everyday needs—not a one-size-fits-all workout. I personally work with each private training client to create an individualized program focused on helping them move better, become stronger, and maintain their independence.

Clients can train in the comfort and convenience of their own home or work with me one-on-one at my private gym. This flexibility allows us to choose the training environment that works best for your needs, preferences, and goals.

Sessions may focus on improving strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, fall prevention, and confidence with everyday movements such as getting up from a chair, climbing stairs, walking safely, and maintaining the ability to live independently.

Training may include functional strength exercises, resistance training, balance exercises, mobility and flexibility work, and other equipment and exercises appropriate for your abilities and goals. Each session progresses at a pace that is challenging, safe, and appropriate for you.

Concierge personal training is a great option for older adults who want individualized attention, prefer the privacy and convenience of exercising at home, want access to a private training environment, or simply feel more comfortable working one-on-one with a trainer who specializes in senior fitness.
