Rob Garza is a certified personal trainer and stretch coach specializing in helping older adults improve their strength, balance, mobility, and confidence so they can remain active and independent.

Through DROM Fitness, Rob provides personalized concierge training designed around each client’s abilities, goals, and everyday needs. Clients can train one-on-one in the comfort of their own home or at Rob’s private gym, depending on their preference and what works best for them. Training focuses on functional strength, mobility, balance, fall prevention, and helping older adults maintain the confidence and independence needed for everyday life.

In addition to personal training, Rob leads senior fitness classes at medical and community locations throughout the Kansas City region and Wichita. Through private training and community-based fitness programs, DROM Fitness is committed to helping older adults move better, stay stronger, and maintain their independence at every stage of life.
