Falls can have a major impact on an older adult’s confidence, mobility, and ability to live independently. DROM Fitness helps older adults improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence through personalized exercise programs designed to support safer movement and everyday activities.

Fall-prevention training may include balance exercises, functional strength training, chair exercises, resistance band work, and controlled movements that help improve stability, coordination, and confidence while walking, climbing stairs, getting up from a chair, and performing other everyday activities.

DROM Fitness works with older adults through one-on-one personal training in the comfort of their home or at Rob’s private gym, as well as supportive senior fitness classes throughout the community. Training is adapted to each person’s abilities, goals, and individual needs to help older adults build strength, move with greater confidence, reduce their risk of falls, and maintain their independence.
