Falls are one of the leading causes of injury for older adults. At DROM Fitness, our programs focus on strengthening muscles, improving balance, and increasing mobility to help seniors stay safe and independent.
Our fall-prevention exercises include balance training, chair exercises, resistance band work, and functional movements that improve stability and confidence while walking and moving.
These programs are designed specifically for adults 60 and older and are taught in supportive group settings and personal training sessions throughout the Kansas City area.
