Our in-home personal training service is designed to make fitness convenient, comfortable, and fully personalized. I bring everything we need for a safe and effective workout — including exercise balls, step platforms, light weights, resistance bands, and balance training equipment.

We simply find an open, comfortable space in the home and begin with light stretching and mobility work. From there, we move into strength, balance, and functional exercises based on the goals and abilities we’ve discussed. Each session can vary week to week or follow a consistent routine — whichever best supports progress and confidence.
When the weather is nice, we also incorporate outdoor walks to add cardiovascular movement and fresh air into the program.


Each session is typically 45–60 minutes and is tailored to the individual’s needs, whether the focus is improving strength, rebuilding mobility after a setback, or simply maintaining independence. Programs are especially beneficial for seniors who may feel uncomfortable in a gym setting or prefer the privacy and convenience of exercising at home.
Training can be scheduled one to three times per week depending on goals, lifestyle, and comfort level. Over time, clients often experience improved balance, greater confidence in daily activities, and an overall better quality of life.
