What makes DROM Fitness Different?
As an aging adult, I can understand some of the aches and pains we get as we age, and assist you with your daily routine to best solve the issues.
After every workout, I will discuss any questions or concerns, the exercises you enjoy or dislike, identify any problem areas, and propose changes to improve your range of motion, strength, and stability.
Not all workouts have to be identical. I enjoy challenging my clients with various exercise methods to help them find activities they enjoy while still pushing their limits.
Creating a custom workout. What’s great about working with busy business people and aging adults like me, is that given the right exercise program, you can experience an increase in functional movement and stability while gaining strength.
How should the process differ from my usual approach? The short answer: It shouldn’t have to. I enjoy meeting clients where they are—regardless of their age—and working with them to improve their lifestyle, functional range of movement, and strength and to help meet their health and fitness goals.

After a baseline is established by completing a fitness assessment, proper exercise progression and regression are one of the most essential skills that I as a certified personal trainer must master. Good exercise progression goes beyond simply selecting different exercises. It involves creating a motivation that is just challenging enough to force movement in my clients to improve and enjoy exercise.
